Welcome to SproutCo! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SproutCo app (“Service”) operated by SproutCo, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue using the Service.

Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled through your Apple account settings before the renewal date. Payments are non-refundable.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to your account and data may be revoked. You may request to terminate your account by contacting us at support@sproutcoapp.com.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SproutCo, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Do Not Track Signals

Our Service does not respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser.
